I recently had a frustrating experience at the Morrisons store in Kempsey that I feel compelled to share. As a 16-year-old I went in to purchase an energy drink fully prepared with my Yoti ID which clearly meets the requirements for age verification. However, to my dismay the staff refused to accept my Yoti ID despite the fact that Morrisons website states it is an acceptable form of identification for buying energy drinks.
This inconsistency between store policy and the information provided online is not only confusing but also disappointing. I felt embarrassed and frustrated as I tried to
explain my situation to the staff who seemed unwilling to consider my ID as valid. Its disheartening to be treated like a child when I am clearly of age and have the proper identification.
I hope Morrisons can address this issue and ensure that their staff are trained to recognize all acceptable forms of ID as stated on their website. Consumers deserve a seamless shopping experience and this incident left me feeling undervalued.

if i could give zero stars i would. rude worker ignoring customers and ordering just eat in the middle of shift. not only that but my friend who is clearly over the age of 16 was refused an energy drink at the till because the worker claimed they don?t accept ?pictures? as ID even though it was from the YOTI app which Morrisons policy claims to accept - this app is a verified form of ID by the NPCC. however nonetheless she was just being rude and miserable WOULD NOT RETURN horrible experience ruined my day and my friend was distraught by her behaviours.

Scamming and expensive they don't update price tags and trust me it's happened a couple of times aswell as the staff couldn't care less. Wouldn't go there again!

Would give 0 stars I could, popped in the other for some essentials and young girl with the reddish hair (think her name is Leah) extremely rude and never speaks or smiles, maybe customer service is not for her!

Small shop in village with quite high prices and a lot of food discounted because almost out of date. Even those prices are dearer than nearby supermarkets. Very handy in an emergency though and the Post Office counter is a god send
