Good service and very helpful staff, but I'm afraid I gave them my email address as I was told it is for the warrantee of the product I bought. Now, I'm being BOMBARDED with daily emails. I know I can unsubscribe, but the point is, I have never subscribed. I thought this practice is illegal in the first place.

Went to worcester branch today to buy a petrol jetwash the two staff were as unhelpful as you can get and gave false info about product
Machine mart please employ staff who actually know the products you sell and who dont make the information up
Safe to say i walked out and spent £600 at a supplier who knew his product
Embarrassing i wont be back

Fantastic customer service, the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all machine mart products, I would recommend this store to anyone who has an in interested in tool and hardware products!

Can I just say a big shout to machine mart, my Clark lathe developed a fault and after a phone call with tech support and then a call to the Worcester branch the lathe was replaced with a new one. Thank you to the very helpful staff at Worcester branch. Geoff Butler

Do not shop at machine mart, there products are cheap imitations of better products. Customer service is a joke and non existent. If your item breaks they won?t replace it. You have to wait weeks for it to come back supposedly fixed. What that means is they have bodged it long enough to get themselves out of there warranty.Shop somewhere else

WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS - Bought a petrol generator 3 months ago that cost over £300 it has now stopped working. Machine Marts policy is to take the machine back to be inspected by an engineer and then repaired or replaced which takes approx 2 weeks. The Carl the branch manager at Bristol is unable to offer a replacement and customer services in Nottingham put the phone down on me! My advice would be to seek alternative supplier who takes Customer Sat seriously and values their customers. Machine Mart do not!
