Oh LUSH was wonderful! Visiting from the USA I was enjoying shopping near the Cathedral and in need of a bath bomb, my friend swore by this store so in we went.
I was blown away! I've never seen such a wonderful store with lively staff.
Hollie, Charlotte, and Talisa were on staff and they just made this the best experience. We went through everyone's top 5 favorite products in the store and why. As a mother, a model, and an active larper between the three I found products for all my day to day. From shae butter to butter scrubs, perfumes and even a beautiful comb from How to Train your Dragon promo.
These ladies hit every nail on every head. A fresh breeze of amazing customer interaction and even while helping me and showing me around each took turn helping regular and wondering customers so no one was left waiting.
As I was checking out they mentioned locations in MY neck of the woods so I'm happy to find my local one and introduce my friends.
All in all a beautiful day.

i was helped by the lovely betty who i chatted to for a really long while!! we had a long talk about lots of products and she was SO kind and helpful. she even gave us a couple of free samples alongside our purchase. tulisa was really lovely too ??

Just had the best party at Lush!
Six of us made a face mask, did fun party games, created models from playdough-like soap bars, learnt arm massage techniques with our favourite massage bars and did scent testing. Both of the Lush staff members were brilliant- friendly, engaging, kind, funny and super knowledgeable about all of the products, ingredients and properties.
I would thoroughly recommend and both Hollie and Iva are absolute gems. Hollie even found a way to include our friend who has lost her sense of smell, it was so innovative, inclusive and really very moving. Could not rate the staff and their care higher! A very very happy bride to be!
