Absolutely appalling service. Never have I had to explain why my auto immune disease makes me exempt from paying for my prescription. A disease that affects my confidence in public speaking. To which I was told to ?drop the attitude? shocked and full of anxiety knowing I have to go back for my repeat prescription.

Customer service "brutality" of "no we ain't got your prescription". Once someone looked it, my prescription was under a different system so wasn't prepared. Once I got it home. I opened the bag to find the medication box opened and ripped. Honestly scared and shocked to think this could possibly be not the medication I need. There is no quality control with potentially fatal repercussions. Please avoid if you can, but we know these places are necessary evils of the NHS.

Worst pharmacy I?ve ever experienced. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Never have items in stock and never an apology or offer of help to assist customers.

DO NOT book a fit to fly covid test online. The pharmacy doesn't do them. They take the booking and cancel with no explanation. When you call and ask they are aggressive, rude and in my case hang up on you. Vile organisation - avoid!!!

I'm with Rajiv on this one. I've never left a negative review before but as peoples lives are at stake here i really do feel compelled to voice my opinion.Of the last 4 times i've presented a prescription to this pharmacy they've either not been able to fill or have had to shortfill it.The staff seem more interested in discussing what's going on in their home world rather than attending to queues of customers.In my world we look for solutions not excuses!

I have serious concerns about this pharmacy.Each time I visit, there seems to be a shortage of staff, resulting in disorganised approaches to managing medicines and the needs of patients. I am usually met with long queues, one counter assistant and a random approach to trying to find my prescription. During my last visit, I wanted a specific steroid cream for skin irritation, which they didn't have in. I found the counter assistant to be abrupt, rude, dismissive and unwilling to help find a solution. I asked if they could order it in, which seemed like I was asking the earth, to which they said it would be better if I got it on prescription - which was fine. As a pharmacist myself, I have serious concerns about the culture of lack of compassionate, person centred patient care and what seems like a chaotic approach to the delivery of pharmacy services in this pharmacy.

Very unhelpful, lack any willingness to help. Wouldn't issue prescription even though it was supplied by their own Lloyds Direct company. Very stressful experience with no resolution. Told to phone Head Office!

Absolutely appalling service. They have a prescription for four days. The prescription is collected only to be told they do not have stock of an essential daily medicine. When asked for the prescription back they say no go back to your GP and ask for another prescription!, I personally phone around other Lloyd?s Pharmacies who strangely enough have the stock, however in ST Peters pharmacy they informed me their stockiest didn?t have the stock. Not only are they totally incompetent but they tell lies as well!I would have liked to have given them a Zero rating but sadly their website only allows a minimum of 1 stat, they don?t deserve that
