Called in the morning following a puncture. Tyre wasn?t in stock but was in by 4pm as promised. Puncture was identified but unrepairable due to location. Mechanic used Tesla puck to raise the car. Effort was made to refit the disc locator bolt which wasn?t easy. Wheel trim refitted. Spacesaver put back in case and returned to the boot. What more could you want! Drove away happy!!

Started work on car immediately. Friendly professional service. Feedback plus screen evidence of work which needs doing before mot. Clearly explained. Will be booking in next week.

Messed me about with the time of the appointment. Told me the price was different when I got there and then when I showed them the price I had booked on line for my appointment changed it back. Then told me the tyres they said they had were not available, so said they would fit ?different but the same? then actually fitted the ones that I had ordered. Hadn?t included the ?free? wheel alignment check - when I insisted that they do one - they quoted £230 - £260 to rectify a minor adjustment because ?my car has Automatic speed limiter and automatic distance adjustment on cruise control ?. It doesn?t have either! I declined the adjustment and had it done down the road for £40. - terrible service either poorly trained and ill informed or trying to tip customers off

I pulled in on 20-08-2025 as a tyre warning light had come on before a long journey. A short wait but a friendly and efficient team soon diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and sent me safety on my way. Thank you!

George was an absolute star! He managed to fit us in although they had an incredibly busy schedule. He keep us in the loop and managed to get us back running helping us meet the commitments we had planned. I couldn?t thank him enough for taking care of us.

Booked for tyre replacent as screw was causing flat. Booked on line which was straight forward. Took car in to find could remove screw and repair puncture so no new tyre needed. Quick & staff friendly & helpful. Given a card with customer service number to arrange refund for tyre which I'd paid on booking. Took longer to sort refund then repair!

Went in today for just a quote for an exhaust fix, was out in about an hour with it all sorted, they kept me updated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they are all very experienced and genuine guys, will definitely be back in the future!
