Served cold chips, when I complained the staff offered no apology and begrudgingly cooked some fresh ones while the rest of our food went cold and they continued serving the cold chips to dive thru and delivery drivers without care. Worst kfc I have been to and plain rude

As good as any KFC gets, food was hot and fresh, staff were polite and helpful.
