I don?t even know where to start! I am absolutely appalled by the ?customer experience? I had in your store today. Most of the staff were chatting /on their phones!!!!!! and not interested in helping me or my friend in anyway. Didn?t imagine it could get any worse, until I went to the till and I had the worst service I?ve ever experienced from a high Street shop. Didn?t even say hello, no manners. So disappointed and have emailed head office with more specific detail.

I talked with Jemma today the manager and two of her colleagues and I have to say the customer service was absolutely impeccable and they really helped me out with an issue. This being an item I ordered online and they managed to resolve the problem for me. A big thank-you to Gemma and her team.

Twice now I've had thw same experience. Where staff are all.stood together chatting, while I've been looking to buy trainers (first time for my son) and then for myself. First time I wanted to know if they had my sons size but no one seemed the least bit interested in coming to see if I needed help. I needed buying from elsewhere. Today the same thing happened , I was trying on one trainer, sat by the trainers and not one of the tree staff stood around chatting came over. Obviously I could have approached them but I had one boot off and why should I? So I left after 10 mins waiting. And bought the trainers I wanted online. I assume this is why the shops are all closing and online shopping is taking over. No one gives customer service anymore ?

Just want to thank Charlie for his services on Saturday - I wouldn't usually bother reviews but what a top top lad went above and beyond, made sure my Mrs picked the right trainers, didn't rush us, gave us loads of advice and made us feel like he was our personal assistant even though he was dealing with multiple people at once. Massive credit to him ?

5 members of staff in an otherwise empty shop, us 2 walked in and we're completely ignored for almost 10 minutes. Eventually asked for a size 8 in a trainer, 1 member broke off from his idle chatter to say, in a completely disinterested tone, "that's the last pair mate, so if it's the right size...." then carried on nattering to his mate without any offer to help . I had to walk to the others grouped around the till to get any attention only to get another completely disinterested oaf who sloped off to get the other shoe as they happened to be the right size. Gruff, rude, completely indifferent and slobbish. Congratulations guys, my first and last time with JD Sports.
