I visited Home Bargains today, I did quite a lot of shopping and put it all through the till, when I was about to pay couldn?t find my purse, I was very upset, but I was reassured by the lady on the till, who said they would take care of my shopping, until I could come back to pay, she was extremely kind and reassuring. I did go back and pay, and once again I was met with kindness and reassurance! I cannot thank them enough, unfortunately, I didn?t get the assistants name.I always find the staff members at Home Bargains very helpful.Anne Coyne

Oh my god a can not prise the manager enough I had lost my purse traced my steps for the last 24hours as couldn't remember where I had it last. I went down to homebargins and spoke to Seb who is the manager he said he hadn't had anything handed it at that point iv just had a knock on the door and it was Seb with my purse I can not thank him enough he's surched my address from my driving licence. He's a top manager in my eyes thank u again Seb x

My mum got shouted at by a very rude staff member and she didn't do anything at all, she just walked in the shop and she suddenly gets shouted at by a very rude member of staff for nothing, the staff kept fat shaming her in front of the whole store! We will not visit again! Including that they forced us to but something even though we were looking. Not recommended

I just had the worst experience in this store (9.45am, 4/2/23)I didn't bother wit ha basket as when I pop heavy items in I find them painful, and I brought ny own bag, which I started to place my items in, instead.Then, two staff stocking the first aisle loudly proclaimed that I was clearly wrong and should use a basket, because I could be stealing. They didn't say this directly to me, but loudly enough so that I could clearly hear. This conversation continued for a solid couple of minutes.Then, I head to a different aisle and I can overhear staff talking about me as if I'm a shoplifter, and that they are suspicious. Whilst I appreciate that the team are keen to prevent shoplifting, they should do this discretely. I wear a cap to hide a deformity on my head, and I can only assume I was judged for my apeparence and then followed around the store.I'm mortified in the lack of professionalism, in what is otherwise a decent store.
