Picking out clothes and the staff were just giving weird stares without a word. Still 20 minutes to closing time, arm full of clothes to try on, got to the blocked off changing room and was told by staff they close the changing rooms 30 minutes before closing time to "sort through items". That's ridiculous.

Recently went to the worcester store, after waiting for one girl to be done with a customer, she was finishing up. Made eye contact with me and walked off before I could ask for help, to go joke around with a co worker, so I continue to wait for the other girl. Ask my question. And she asks to serve the person behind me. Before helping me further. Then when another customer joins behind me, finally asks a coworker to assist, he did his best but we couldn't find what we wanted..

In terms of Menswear, H&M is one of just a few good High Street brands that Worcester has to offer.
A fairly big store, with plenty of variety with styles and fits. All clothing is very affordable, and usually well stocked.
Only negative being, the Mens fitting rooms are only ever open on a Saturday (not sure why?). Therefore, the rest of the time you have to head upstairs and use the Women's fitting rooms. Frustratingly, there always tends to be a sizeable queue waiting.

Inexistent customer service. Been looking for a dress that was in stock in store in multiple sizes - after asking 3 different members of staff, I left without a dress as none of them knew where the stock is. I was absolutely appealed when I was told by one of the staff that "There is stock, but I can't help, sorry". There's people out there that would love this job and your employees just don't care, perhaps a performance review would help ?

One of the workers here was really very rude and patronising, inferring I had worn an item I was returning that had threads coming off it (not sure how wearing it would cause that anyway)?perhaps the threads were due more probably to the low price of the item?definitely not an asset to the store, more training needed.

Not a lot of choice for a tall 10 year old girl and the ladies fashions to mature for her but overall okay shop. The worcester one not as good as redditch or birmingham.
