Pleasant experience and good value for money on many products. Like anywhere, you have to shop around to find where is better value or offers on. But seems reasonable on alot of products. Staff always friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

The staff at Halfords Blackpole store in Worcester are always so incredibly helpful and efficient. They are a friendly bunch too. I'm not someone who needs to shop there every week. But in know when I need something, that the experience will be more than satisfactory. This morning I needed an emergency fuel filler cap and a friend gave me a lift to the store. I ordered it online from the car on the journey not imagining that it would be ready when I got there as I was literally only minutes away when paying online. But it was indeed ready for collection. I was so impressed that I made a commitment to myself that I would check out how to post a positive review. And here it is. The staff there are consistently brilliant and this morning gave me the opportunity to finally relay my thanks for such fantastic customer service.

The customer service on collection is poor..there ok to take your money but sticking to an agreed collection date not so good and a bit of customer service skills doesn't hurt either.

A recent visit to blackpole requiring a simple rear wiper blade for my Volvo V70. The shop was quite and I tried to get to grips with the computer screen which was supposed to assist in finding the right one amongst an array of sizes and fixings. This seems to be an impossibility for a mere woman so off I go to the tills where 2 guys are working. Can you please help me with the part I require. Basically NO. There is a screen to help. It doesn't!!. Look through all the blades until you find the right one!!! Oh we haven't got one in stock End of story END of my visit
