Had fornt brakes changed now have a check engine light on and also when inside the car looking thought personal stuff like cards and my partner purse so be careful when taking your car there now I've gotta take the car to the manufacturer to get fixed at what a extra cost and time that's unnecessary

Booked in for an MOT, was told there was an issue with the ramp earlier in the morning so they were running behind, no issue for me. However they moved stuff around and mine was done within 90 minutes of arriving. Great service.

Excellent service from the staff at this branch! Called in for advice as a warning light had appeared on my dashboard on my drive to Worcester - they took a look there-and-then, diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road so I could get home safely.

Diagnosed my car with an oil leak and were incredibly kind offering me free oil top ups until I could get it booked in to be fixed. Great service and friendly staff making me feel at ease.

Very polite and helpful staff. However please check what work you?re being recommended to have. As a result of work required for MOT, I was advised I needed a suspension arm at a cost of £200. It was only after I asked the sales manager to check my work PREVIOUSLY, that I discovered I?d already had it done at the same garage and WITHIN the 12 month guarantee. Hence my curiosity saved me £200!!
