Really pleased with my visit to Worcester H.Samuel today. Mandy helped me select a ring and also gave me great advice about ring sizing etc. I also had a replacement watch strap fitted. ( I bought the Rotary watch here a few years ago ). I've bought quite a lot from this store in the past and staff here are always patient, friendly and helpful.

Popped in this afternoon 10 minutes before closing time to enquire about having my wedding rings cut off. A lovely lady named Caroline looked after us and said she could cut them off there and then which was amazing as my hands have swollen due to pregnancy. Really chatty, helpful and professional. Thank you so much for the absolutely fantastic customer service :)

I came in to store on the 16/06/25 to purchase a new watch... Caroline was absolutely amazing and helped choose the right one for me. She was very friendly, extremely helpful and didn't mind getting - what felt like a million - watches out to try on. I felt overwhelmed by the choice but finally narrowed it down to one! I left feeling happy and am very grateful to Caroline for all her help, thank you!

I came in with my elderly Mother on the 9th April and a lovely helpful lady called Caroline helped My mum, enormously, really went out of her way. as my mum needed her wedding ring taken off as she found it to tight and couldn?t get it off herself . So Caroline put my mums mind at rest and was able to carefully cut it off her finger . As it really was getting to tight for her.
I wanted to just say a hugh thank you and also for the kindness and professionalism showed to my mum with suggesting a new pull on gold watch strap for my mums wrist watch as she was finding it hard to do up her old watch strap . mums very happy, with her purchase. I?m so glad you were on the high street as we were getting worried how we were gonna sort this for her

Brilliant customer service from this store when I called in this week and asked for help with altering the time on my G Shock watch. The Manager kindly to change it to a different time zone which I couldn?t do myself despite looking at instructions and online. First class ?.
