Not impressed.Our Gtech AirRAM didn't even last 3 years before completely failing.Having searched around online there is a common fault that develops with the brush bar, poorly built and designed by the sounds of it.I feel frustrated as the vacuum cleaner is fairly useless without the spinning brush bar and now my vacuum.I would go with a Dyson in future.

Have a number of their product which tick all the boxes, however the main issue is the aftercare and customer service which without doubt EXCEPTIONAL. Instant response, fast replacement and extremely helpful staff. What a refreshing change in this ever changing world. A BIG thank you Gtech.

Amazingly G tech have money to sponsor Brentford's stadium but not for their head office. According to management every spend is personally reviewed by Nick Grey. Money for a vanity project but not for property services. I won't buy a product from G tech knowing this is their attitude.

Just driven for over one hour to the Worcester unit as we have a problem with our vac again, checked the opening hours on the website before leaving, when we got there it was closed, called customer services and they said yes that?s correct it?s not open anymore, no apology, explanation as to why it shows it as open online.

Web site still showing opening times for customers. On arrival signage points to customers carpark. A very helpful Gtech personal explained that the "Customer shop" closed at the start of the pandemic and not opened since. GTECH not very customer focused regarding Web info, poor show. ?

Gtech are an amazing company. Their products are guaranteed and if there's ever a problem with the product there is a simple replacement. I have never dealt with a company as efficient as Gtech. I'm on my second air ram hoover and they are just brilliant. I am disabled with severe arthritis and using this hoover is easy even when using a walking stick as the hoover propels itself. I would definitely recommend gtech to anyone thinking about a new hoover

I cannot recommend GTech highly enough; an elderly friend experienced an issue and after contacting Gtech's technical department, Chloe replied to me so quickly and his help was absolutely spot on; in fact, he went above and beyond and resolved the problem perfectly and without any worries. Thank you Stuart and Chloe; if you are considering buying a G Tech product, I highly recommend you do, excellent products with superb support.

So, so disappointed. Ordered the Gtech AirRam Mk2 K9 and the Gtech multi Mk 2 hand held for Christmas.The upright is very noisy, the head is too big to get down the side of furniture and does not clean to the edges or stairs, so you have to vacuum twice, once using hand held for the edges and tight places (plus walls/lights etc) and once with the upright (I have ME and limited energy so this is a big problem to me) Myself and my husband have asthma and allergies and they have been much worse since using this product. So I wouldn't recommend for allergy sufferers.The hand held stopped working after about 6 weeks, I was sent a new battery but it still doesn't work. I am being sent a replacement but no idea when as out of stock. The battery on the upright shows as up to 4 lights, it often goes from 3 lights to 1 to dead in a minute!It's also super loud, my children can't hear their zoom call school lessons in their bedrooms if i use it downstairs!I wanted to love this product so much, on paper and in the adverts it does just what I need, but so disappointed. If i wasn't out of my 30 days I would be asking for a refund and returning.#101586077Still waiting!.....

I had a problem with my Hy Lite sweeper so contacted Customer Services for help. The gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He was extremely friendly and polite and answered all my questions. He was very patient as I am not very tech savvy. He told me I needed a part which would be sent to me the next day. It duly arrived as promised and I managed to fit it together. I would like to thank him very much, he is a great asset to your Company, thank you.

Awesome customer service - I called about our handheld vacuum breaking, and they sent out a replacement that arrived the next day!
