“Love shopping at Waitrose London Road, because I buy small bits daily it’s mostly a very quick nip round. Always good to park. Couple of downsides that I notice fairly frequent are the toilets are very smelly and some items are very often not in stock.”
“Love this shop where you can park easily .Disability access is great as is getting round the isles.This is my mum's favourite shop and we spend so much time as we get lost in browsing as this shop offers everything you need from cleaning products to clothes,arts and crafts to bin bags!You can even buy a good range of essential foods????”

Has a Post Office inside as well, which isn't open all the time the shop is. Reasonable (5?) car parking lot outside.”

“We use this store on a regular basis.
The main complaint is never enough staff about some staple items not on shelf although when asked the item (milk) was got from the store room. Only ONE open so forced to use self service !!!”

“Went to Tesco to get some nail clippers. Asked a young assistant for help and he went out of his way. None where they were supposed to be but went to see if any in store, found the last one. Didn't catch his name unfortunately but very impressed with his dedication to make sure I got what I wanted. Loved the service.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to KRÓWKA who are so helpful in keeping my disabled father independent. My father had a stroke a few years ago which effected his speech badly where he has to carry a card to communicate that speaking is hard for him at times and he needs to take his time during tasks. The staff in there are lovely and so eager to help him giving him samples (theres is a meats/cheeses counter) and assisting him around the store every time he goes in. Much love to them honestly they deserve a lot of credit in making the effort to help all customers no matter the nationality or disability <3”

“Pay at pump wasn’t working so the queues in the shop were long, however only one young lad working hard behind the till while 2 other staff made a decision to re stock the cake shelf”
“Have just been & filled up as we were running on empty! So well organised - staff directing cars to the correct pump & then safely moving you forward to park up before going in to pay, allowing the next car to move forward & begin filling. Three members of staff inside to take payment, so that was very quick too. Well done & thank you to all staff who we’re all happy as well as being super efficient.”
