I've been with EE since they got bought out by BT and I was with bt mobile before that. I love their network it's solid but I've just had to leave because their prices are a joke my new contract with ID mobile gets it me 20% cheaper than EE plus I get more data 5 x more and two free gifts a Samsung watch 7 & a Samsung chromebook go these are not great gifts but after sold it takes the cost of the contract down by 10% shame on you EE your net revenue is in the billions yet you choose to lose customers from greed at corporate level

My wife and I visited here today to get a couple of things sorted out. Shareen was a credit to EE. She was affable, very helpful, and a pleasure to meet. Great customer service.

Excellent service from Harrison and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way, staying after closing to assist me. Sorted a new phone, watch and broadband.

Both Mark and Harrison went way above and beyond for me with advice for the purchase of my replacement phone and the transfer of my data. Whist waiting for my phone I watched and listened to both of these young men giving patient, solid and clear technical advice at a level that each customer needed to understand. Top marks to them both, no wonder EE is the busiest phone shop on the High Street!

Visited today with a friend who requested a SIM swap, we were served by Izzy who was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - Great customer service and a credit to the Worcester store.
I visited around 6 months ago to process my BT broadband contract renewal and recall staff being just as helpful then too! I may well look to switch my mobile contract over to EE when it's up for renewal...

Disappointing experience with rude staff. I encountered an issue with sim activation. When i went to the shop.long wait and then the response was unhelpful.

Went in a few weeks ago & served by a young guy called Harrison. Not impressed at all. Tried to push me into something that I didn?t want or need but it?s obviously what suited him and was purely focusing on his sales and sales only?not the customer!! Another young lad in store serving someone else who I could hear was actually interested in the customer and their needs. Left very unhappy and not listed too and didn?t give him a sale! Called customer services who were lovely and very helpful. Won?t be returning to him again and advise for everyone else too avoid him. Will happily be served by others but not Harrison. Usually have a fab experience in the worcester store and the rest of the staff are brilliant ?
