It's a nice shop but they didn't have what I wanted. I was looking for a purple rug (not one in the shop) and purple curtains. Most of the curtains I couldn't use as I needed the old ones that take hooks.

The Worcester store never answers the phone. I've tried several times. I visited the curtain department personally but no one was able to available to discuss the made to measure service so I left my phone number with a disinterested young man who wrote it on a scrappy bit of paper - of course, no one phoned me! I'm taking my custom elsewhere. What a way to run a business!!

Have you tried the cafeteria upstairs, lots of different products from electrical to furniture, wallpaper, bedding, kitchenware, free parking, staff are friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff... can't remember his name, unfortunately.He assisted me with buying the right size curtains and he even ordered a curtain pole on line for me. A very polite and helpful young man... sorry I can't remember the name. Thanks very much ? excellent service
