Dominic and the whole team are beyond dedicated to delivering the best results. I was lucky enough to just wonder in on my lunch break and I will never visit another optician again.Not only is everyone helpful but they are some of the friendliest people I have met in customer service. I have never felt so relaxed getting my eyes examined.I?ve never had so much help choosing a pair of glasses and for the first time in my 25 years I am in love with them.Very excited to use up my current contact lenses so I can get myself booked in with their contact lense specialist.

Dominic and the team provided me with expert advice, and superb customer service. They took the time to understand my requirements. The entire consultation and sales experience was extremely enjoyable? You don?t often get to say that about a visit to the opticians! Wanted to try Tunnels as I?d heard good things and I really wasn?t disappointed. My new first pair of proper glasses have made an absolute life changing difference and top class service from all the staff I encountered. Glasses arrived in super quick time and compared to the ?other lot? down the road it?s day and night and quality and service.Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I?ve been a customer for a long time but have just been reminded why this week. I had what turned out to be an eye ulcer (painful) so asked to see someone for help. My regular contact lens specialist saw me (I was lucky she was able to do so) and she had both the knowledge and all the equipment on site to say what was wrong and what I needed to do and helped me to explain it all to Birmingham Eye Hospital A&E. That really saved me time and stopped me worrying about the unknown. I also had a prescription pair of sunglasses made up on site within 24 hours (much needed as my eyes are pretty light sensitive right now). That?s service; thank you. It?s much appreciated.

The Rolls Royce of opticians.I?ve known Dominic and his team now for almost 20 years and on the odd occasion that I?ve used another optician I walk out of the shop with 2 things? new glasses and regret, regret that I didn?t go to the best opticians in the Midlands, Tunnellvison. Their range is extensive and, their knowledge impeccable and above all you can customise your new glasses as much as you like and their prices are very competitive. If you want some NHS specs, go to spec savers. If you want the best bespoke glasses crafted on-site by absolute professionals that pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Go here!

I have been a patient here for the last 6 years . It is interesting that the vast majority of patients here have been recommended by other satisfied patients rather than advertising. When I had huge problems with a pair of varifocals ( made elsewhere ) 6 years ago and at least 3 other opticians could not figure out the problem , they solved it within 15 minutes and I became a loyal customer.I have been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism , reliability and continuity of care - I have seen the same clinical and admin team over the last 6 years which is very different to the large national optician chains. Moreover as a local business employing local people , I am proud to support them .Being in the clinical field myself , I can appreciate when they go the extra mile eg I am very short sighted with severe dry eyes and wear some steaming googles which brings relief to my chronically irritated eyes .On mentioning it to Dominic , he devised a set of lenses which I can now wear over the Blephasteam goggles which has done wonders for my productivity .I hope to remain on their books for many more years to come :)
