Have recently moved to the area this was my first visit l was very.impressed my prescription had not reached the pharmacy so the pharmacist asked for my NHS no and she investigated it found it and made up the items while I waited thank you

The Original Mr Ogle was a LOVELY man, incredibly helpful and above all polite! The now-taken-over son of Mr Ogle, is a rude, abrupt, and unhelpful piece of work. He comes across as incredibly hostile a large % of the time, and is quick to blame others for his mistakes. The bloke even slams the phone down like it's personally offended him.Some examples:- Accusing my nan of losing her medication and insisting it's not his fault. Just over an hour later, the now 17-day-late prescription was delivered to my nans address after being stored at the back of their fridge for 17 days (given my nans medication doesn't even require chilled storage).- Continually blaming the Doctors for "not sending the prescription", even when we've been present at the time of the Doctor issuing/sending the prescription.- The distressed lady in front of us was crying hysterically because she was told her husbands heart medication would be ready for collection on Thursday (this was now the following Saturday) and they'd gone and lost it, yet wouldn't offer her a replacement or any further assistance.In conclusion: (Young) Mr Ogle is not a very nice man, and if he has such a low regard for his patients, he should reconsider his career path to something with Less Customer Interaction.

Lovely independent pharmacy.Having just recently switched to this Pharmacy from Murrays I am delighted with the service here. My medication has been ready every time I've gone to collect and always a friendly greeting from the dispensers. Would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly and efficient pharmacy.

The most awful unhelpful pharmacy the manager Mr david ogle, it seems he is very reluctant to make any effort in assisting the general public what so ever in supporting his community on advice or any attention for customer advice or support. A very aggressive arrogant man, who only seems interested in his own gain and interests!! , unlike his father dennis, who was a lovely dear man with his heart truly in his community and would certainly have the time of day for everyone ( with a smile!! )i am utterly astonished and astounded by how Mr junior ogle runs this pharmacy or not! and will it even survive in our current economic crisis.A very disappointed customer who used ogles pharmacy for years though never again.

My 16 year old daughter has just been in to pick up her prescription. She was only given half the prescription. When I called to query this, they said it is under a separate desk as completed on a different prescription, (I ordered this prescription all in one call). Unfortunately, I am not well enough to keep going back and forth to pick up prescriptions. There was no apology. Disappointing!

I have to paise the staff in ogles, especially the lady in the pharmacy always bright and happy didn?t get her name wears her hair slightly up (black hair) amazing customer service , fist class , helped me out no end

Very clean and such friendly staff who go out of their way to get to know their customers and always say hello which alot of people have needed especially this past year or so.
