Unhelpful staff required a simple rear wiper blade unable to negotiate the self help screen was told to sort though a maze of different sizes until I found the one I required. Left and went to a small local shop who sorted and fitted one for under £10 .

Staff try to help but aren't over knowledgeable about the products. The process for repairs/help is appalling, you get passed to the manufacturer who passed you to Currys, they pass you back to the manufacturer and that could go on for a while. Eventually you get an answer but it's unnecessary, Currys need to deal with it all, they sold it so they're liable for any problems

I visited Currys pc world in Blackpole today, I spoke with Josh who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was enquiring about buying a TV and Josh made the process much easier than anticipated. Very thankful for his service and couldn?t recommend him more if you?re enquiring about a TV from curry?s!

I went into Currys at Blackpole Worcester after checking the website for a console, which showed in stock, picked up the box and went to pay for it, staff then told me they haven't had any stock since launch even though the website stated it had stock no apologies or even a date when the stock would be in ( no notice on the shelves or door about no stock) I watched as a young boy encountered the same thing and the young boy was reduced to tears as they left the store, this is a very bad experience for multiple customers. I strongly recommend going to a different store as this one seems to not care about keeping customers informed via their stock checker on the website or on the display or doors of the store.

(Curry?s Blackpole) All staff and mangers were polite and helpful - I?m on a mobility scooter and sometimes get social anxiety- all staff that I interacted with made me feel comfortable and at ease , special thanks to angel and Libby for being patient and understanding you guys are the best!

Poor service in curry?s blackpole today. I went to the store today to buy an integrated fridge and accessories for my computer. There were approx 8 staff on duty in 2 huddles. No one offered assistance whilst I looked at the products and following a wait at the till I eventually had to go to a member of staff who was scrolling on her phone to ask her to serve me. Really disappointing experience, lots of staff yet poor service.
