This Costa just off the City Walls road. It's just the right place after I am going. shopping .you must look at breakfast boards just outside. I DON'T think you could bet the prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolute joke, asked for no marshmallows and got them, both cheese toasties were disgusting and cold even after they had just come out of the oven. Weren?t cut and put it the packet properly so filling had fallen out. Definitely need to train the staff properly

U should invest better into training staff making proper coffee! I just wasted over 4 quit for one brownie Frappe which was absolutely disgusting, she put way too much syrup in and it wasn't drinkable and it went in a bin ! I had the same frappe from different Costa which tasted amazing and this is the reason why I stopped visiting Costa in a past you just never know what u gonna get! I learned my lesson again Costa is absolute waste of money!

The dirtiest Costa I have ever been in. The toilets were filthy my cup was dirty and there was food all over the floor and smeared up the windows.

Just visited and the two ladies on the counter were both very pleasant and professional explaining the drinks to me and boy they got my drink just perfect a credit to the company

The only two working toilets are both out of order which you don't find out about until after your purchase. It looks as though the issue isn't recent nor about to be remedied soon.You're expected to use Asda's toilets, which is a fair bit away, well into the shop, and I highly doubt un-agreed by Asda. Especially considering they have their own coffee shop.The store shouldn't really be operating a 'dine-in' service until they're fixed.

Absolutely filthy. The whole place needs a good clean. The floor was covered in crumbs the windows smeared and the toilets were disgusting. Our drinks were served in dirty glasses that had hair and fluff on the rims. I asked for a refund which was given but no apology was. The cake also tasted stale.

I love this place but unfortunatly in my last visit was the last.This place as been degradating for few years now.In my last visit i started by having to clean my own table, the the cutlery were disgusting, have ask to be replaced and and a very bad actitude from the guy at the till, than for my surprise my drink was with hairs and again after asking for new drink didnt receive any apology or simpathy from the staff. This was defenetly my last visit.Not to mention the prices are a total rip off, obviusly nothing to do with staff.

My Hot chocolate was lovely. This young lad I presume was doing his Costa training, was also serving great customer service as well as doing his training. The drinks were made at a great pace, and the toastie was on top ??.
