“I came in looking for a specific body wash that my friend used on her honeymoon as I wanted to buy her some for her upcoming birthday. Sadly it had sold out (it had been on sale), but the lady in the shop had some of the hand wash in the same scent that she had put by to purchase and she very kindly sold me that one instead, at the sale price! Excellent customer service! :)”
