Awful customer service , rude manager and an assistant manager that couldn't care less. Made a complete mess of our holiday booking, hotel unsuitable, wrong room booked and food inedible. Stay clear and book elsewhere.

Customer service has definitely taken a massive nose dive! Been in twice recently looking to buy x2 separate holidays & on both occasions I wasn?t met with a smile, no warm welcome or anything, just a simple look to call me over & then a stare as if to say ?What you want!?? Then when I asked if I can have some info please on a certain holiday, the reply was ?Do you know exactly what you want because im busy at the moment so maybe have a look online & come back in once you know exactly what you want!? Like i?m an inconvenience & it?s not their jobs to look at holidays!! It?s a shame because Ive always used this place but in future, not sure I?ll bother. As someone who also works in retail, maybe look at the customer service skill levels - or even a career change if you can?t be bothered anymore.

After booking a honeymoon through them pre covid, to take place this year, we have had nothing but issues! No one seems to know what our options are and they don?t answer direct questions. I would seriously advise against booking anything with them.

We booked a holiday last year with Tammy to go to Tenerife. We didn?t have a massive budget but still wanted somewhere nice- she was brilliant looking at all the different options we had with us. They haven?t got a hard-sell attitude here which is great considering this was our first holiday abroad together and had never gone through the process of booking through a travel agents before. We had a lovely holiday last year and have just booked another with Tammy who agreed for us to have the online price as we wanted them to take the sale (and commission) rather than doing it online ourselves. So thank you Tammy for your help the - we?re really looking forward to our next holiday! ??

Just want to thank Daisy for endless support on our holiday. With the unfortunate news of Thomas Cook our holiday was cancelled. She gave me such professional customer care and have now booked us on another holiday, even though we?re having to pay a little more it was worth it for the service she provided.
