Called into this store this morning very impressed with the new refurbishment.
Seems to be more space and a lot more choice of items. Prices fair for a convenience store. Lovely staff helpful and friendly.

Came here today to get some shopping . It?s closed due to being refurbished and the whole shop and parking is closed off with no signs or any difference on their opening and closing time . Dont waste your time coming here like I did . Very poor management . Should atleast have updated the website saying temporarily closed ?

I love shopping here as there are plenty of self-service checkout machines (two that take cash and two that take card only) and I can get around this shop quickly and be out in record time. Plenty of parking spaces too. Only 4 stars because I often go early in the morning and they never have any freshly baked bread ready and on the shelves until well after 8 am. Lots of helpful staff, and importantly for me, lots of British meat and veg.

Staff are friendly it's well stocked and also had a subway inside that's also very nice and what you expect from subway they also have a big car park for size of the store.

Wow who is that horid scotish lady so agresive how does she even have a job in that shop what a battle axe I went in on Saturday 15.10 2022 she was on the kiosk she virtually through the tobacco at me ??? I bet I am not the only person that's as made a complaint about her attitude sort it out coop you dont need staff like that.

Co-op store that has everything you?ll ever need in life. It also has a Subway that is staffed by the best sandwich makers Joe & Grace, I?d say it?s it?s at least the 2nd best Co-op in Ombersley Road, Worcester!

Used this shop since I was a little girl so did my grandfather many years ago never had a problem with staff until today when the MANAGER was very rude to me ..Anne I think her name is ? in front of a whole que of people !! She stated iam the manager and yes I do know about it !! Well maybe as a manager you should inform your staff about things as none of them new anything ? I?m quite upset the fact she spoke to me like I was a child if you work in places like that shouldn?t you have good costumer service or am I wrong ?
