Went in for trainers for my youngest daughter yesterday and shoes for my 2 daughters today. Abi was fantastic in helping sort out the trainers and today Olly was equally great. Both staff members should be proud of the customer service they provide as should the company. Ive never had a bad experience in Clarkes Worcester, they're clearly doing something right.

My recent visit to Clarks in Worcester was nothing short of exceptional. My child needed new school shoes due to discomfort and recent injury. It was just before 5pm closing time, a point when most retailers are eager to rush you out the door (cant blame them tbh). However, we were met with the most patient and attentive service from Sophie.
Sophie was incredibly sweet and gentle with my child, taking the time to explain the technicalities of proper foot wear and the right type of school shoe. She patiently measured my child's feet and discussed the best options with such care and expertise that we'd be forgiven for thinking we were at a podiatrist.
Without sounding corny, it's rare to find such genuine concern and dedication to customer service which is important to me as i dont necessarily like online shopping. We left feeling confident that we had found the perfect shoes.
A huge thank you to Sophie for making our visit so wonderful and apologies for keeping you way past closing.. We'll definitely be back, probably at the start of next term!

Went in with my partner as she needed her feet measured and to get help with getting some boots that actually fit properly. Grace did a great job in helping and advising.., ended up purchasing a pair of boots and very happy with the service we received.Well done Grace? asset to the company.We will definitely go back there when needed.

We booked an appointment at 12pm on Wednesday the lady we first spoke to was so rude! Told us to take a ticket, we said we had booked an appointment and we?re a few mins late due to heavy rain and sorting rain covers! She shouted at us to point out we were late and we?d have to wait ( which wasn?t a problem waiting) her attitude was! Another lady over heard and told us she was leaving due to this woman?s attitude! Luckily after we had the loveliest young lady come over and measure my sons feet and recommend quality shoes to us! She was so good with my little one who just wanted to escape! I wish I would have took her name to be able to praise her! Would have been 5 stars if the first woman wasn?t so rude! She needs some customer service lessons

I had a really good experience at Clark's on the 18th. We went to get my sons first pair of shoes and Caitlin was very helpful and polite throughout the whole process and our son really enjoyed himself.

Me and my family popped in Saturday morning and the staff were super friendly. Dana came over and helped us get shoes for the children, she was kind and very patient specially as daughter kept changing her mind. Thank you

I took my Grandaughter in to be fitted for school shoes. They measured her as a size three. First day at school my Grandaughter came out in tears, saying her feet really hurt.My daughter went straighr back to Clarks. My Grandaughter was remeasured as a size four!They apologised, swopped the shoes, but my daughter had to pay a furthur £15 plus the busfare there and back. Will not be going back there again. Disgraceful.
