This store has a terrible smell and is unpleasant to visit. I wouldn?t buy from them because they exploit people with financial difficulties. They sell their products for triple the price online and in-store. The staff are rude and disrespectful to me, even though I?ve never been rude to them. I felt like I was robbed when I returned a brand-new phone that had only been used once, only to have it graded a B. I will never buy from them again.

I?ve shopped at CeX for years. Recently though, sent my iPad in for trade-in. It was an A. They scratched it and tried to blame it on me! Only realised I had photos afterwards so contacted them online and they did nothing, still blaming it on me. Scammed me out of £40. AVOID!

Ordered games online and refused to let me have my order. Apparently you need ID, policy, not law. Had email and could prove I paid for the items via internet banking. Thanks as last minute Xmas presents not possible. Massive jobs worth with zero customer service skills or compassion.

Hi! To the young man that was so helpful and kind, while I chose a great 5G phone, cheaper than anywhere else! I have never bought a refurbished phone at all before, but have always bought new.
