I ordered a coffee machine online, but they didn't have my order when I went to collect - not a problem, as there was one in stock in the shop... I wasn't able to purchase this, as someone had just ordered it online. The lady that was dealing with me was great, the manager, not so. He was more interested in talking and having a laugh with his colleges than deal with me. The lady went over to him 3 times to ask questions relating to my enquiry and not once did he come to speak with me, he sent messages via her - such poor customer service and I left frustrated and without my coffee machine.

Wrong information, rude staff absolutely useless. I then emailed to complain about their customer service - no response so sent another a week later finally someone got in touch . Shortly followed by email to say their software was infected with malware and it looked likely all my details had been taken. Avoid !!!

Worcester Black pole currys, great customer service. You would not find this online. Quality of goods are brilliant instant help with any queries. I would recommend it 100% and will continue to shop there. Huge thank you to all the staff at Currys you guys are brilliant and make customers like myself pleased to have shopped there. God bless . Me: Hello, I looked up this product online and it said 'in stock and on display' at this branch. But the product is out of stock.
Sales person: Yeah, that's wrong.
Me: But I drove all the way here 'cos it said in stock
Sales person: Yeah, it hasn't been updated or something
Me: But I drove all the way here...
Sales person: Yeah, well
I went to find the manager, who said the same thing. No apology, nothing. Just some rather sullen shrugging as though I'd been an idiot to trust what it said on their site.
Indifferent, useless. Shop elsewhere.
(The right way to deal with this would be to apologise, promise to sort it out, and offer me something off my next purchase. In which case I would have bought some other stuff I was after. Instead I'll get it elsewhere and won't ever shop at PC world again.)

Went on a very hot day. We were the only customers and had the whole top floor staff attending to us! They were extremely helpful and very entertaining. Wish shopping could always be like this..
