I have worked for carefour for nearly 2 years and it has been a great place to work. The staff are are very supportive and listen to any of my concerns. They are always at the end of the phone if any issues arise.Carefour has always promoted honesty and openness and have confidence in my judgment, which is very important as it gives me motivation and self-confidence to do my job well.Carefour are very sensitive to my well-being and family life so they make sure that the rota fit my family and social life.I trust carefour so much as employers that I recommended my own daughter to work with them, it has been the best thing for her to blossom as a confident and caring person.

Carefour is a wonderful place to work. They are upfront that being able to drive is required as many of the clients require it to access the community. I came to the U.K. as a registered nurse from Canada. While I was getting my registration here, they hired me as a career. I have never met a more caring or dedicated management team. They treat everyone equal and have been super supportive with their staff and clients.

I have worked for Carefour for 4 months so far. I can finally say I have found an employer who genuinely cares about you as an individual and as a team. They have gone above and beyond to support me if I needed it. They are always at the end of the phone if you need them. From The first day I met the Carefour team they have been fantastic.Their response to the covid 19 pandemic has been brilliant. I?ve been working for carefour a month now after being with a previous care company for 18 yrs. I wanted to move on as I wasn?t happy. I can honestly say carefour really are a brilliant company . I?ve seen now for myself the care and time that gives into giving clients the best service. And of course the staff are wonderful too. Can highly recommend if you know someone needing care. Then definitely ring carefour.

I dealt with this company (a person called Chloe) in November 2019 and found them to be really unprofessional - never coming back to you if you have any questions and ignoring communication. I really wouldn't want any of my family or relatives associated with them.

During the time I worked for Carefour Services, I was supported to deliver the best quality of care to individuals who required it. I was given a thorough in-house training before starting which gave me a better understanding of how to carry out my role. Whenever I came across a problem, I called the office who were really supportive. I would recommend working here to anybody looking for employment opportunities.
