Had a quick stop off at Cafe Nero in Worcestershire today after a long day out. I absolutely love stopping off at Nero, as it's such a lovely cosy cafe, and the staff are always so wonderful and polite. Today I had a Latte, and a chocolate caramelised cheesecake. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for the great service today! ?

Coffee is excellent. Good is the usual prepacked chilled food, perfectly ok but not exceptional.

Man serving was more interested in his mobile ! Forgot the toasties I ordered, he didn't apologise but the young girl did . Knew I should have used the one in Broadstreet ! So much nicer there.

Coffee was excellent - strong but not bitter. Staff were happy to warm our cinnamon swirls, which some other coffee shops don't. Panini were nice, too.

Really friendly staff. Always greet you & say goodbye when your leaving.Was going every morning on my way to work always used to say to each other. Have a good day.Will still go there when I'm in town again.

Dry piece of chocolate cake ! We went 20 minutes before closing .. the young man was quite abrupt saying they were closing in 20 minutes ( we ate and drank in less than 10 ) . The cake looked fresh and moist but it was very dry ( I think I had a dry piece from the back) . The whole place is looking tired - pity we didn't turn around and leave . Will visit the new Costa in future or many of the other coffee shops in the city .
