Visited on numerous occasions, this cafe is usually busy and staff always do a great to contend with the queues.
Unfortunately, the toilets have been dirty on our last visit.

Absolutely wonderful coffee as usual, however....how is it there a food treats for dogs to eat, but as a Gluten free human , I can't eat any of the sandwiches or cakes. It would be nice to have GFO on the menu.

I usually love Caffè Nero, usually a great place to relax and Great coffee, unfortunately I had to leave before I was ready to, as there were too many dogs Constantly barking which made relaxing impossible, such a shame, whatever happened to hygiene??

Nice interior and products. However some of the girls are a little unhelpful if you encounter problems paying via the app or meerkat. Probably try the other coffee shops in Worcester to see if their customer service is any better.

Like other Caffe Neros I go to, very welcoming, coffees are far better then Costa and Starbucks. Food are fine for what they are.

I love the cafes of Nero in general, they might be a bit tatty, but the food is nice, coffee is good, music is nice, when it's on, and the staff is ever so friendly.
The Nero in Worcester is a great place to go, dog friendly, the baristas are great (I mean, they are humans, they have bad days too, but really..). If it's pouring rain outside and you want a nice coffee, maybe charge your phone in the corner, or grab a tomato soup while you wait for the train, when it's cold and dark, it's a cozy place to go. I've seen an old gent snoozing off once in his chair, it was actually heartwarming to see, that he felt safe and comfy enough to do so. For me Nero is that kind of a place.
The mobile data doesn't always work, the wifi is not the best, but ok.

I've recently joined Boundless and through the tastecard I can get a discount on the cost of a coffee at Nero. My favourite place to go is at Broad street Worcester. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I especially wanted to thank Charlotte for helping me get through many shifts at the Waddle of Worcester shop by supplying me with numerous chocolate cookies and hot or iced coffees.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha from here at 10.30am on 3rd september with cream on top. Unfortunately the cream that was sprayed on top was expired as it tasted and smelt sour. I told the barista about it and she told me that was what cream tasted like but accepted it when I said it tasted off. Was very rude about it because she said I?d drank most of it and said what do you want me to do. I would avoid in the future.

The lady who served me on Friday morning at 8.30am. Has served me before but this time was not happy. Did not ask if I?m staying in or take away just gave the tea and coffee in takeaway then when I asked for a stamp she replied ?not for a one pound drink?! When previously I have always got a stamp. I don?t think I?ll be visiting this cafe Nero again. This surely did spoil my morning and it?s still upsetting me to write a review. If you?re not happy to serve all customers put a notice on the door!

Personal experience of my last trip. My son was trying to cut his food and the plate slipped off and landed on the floor, without hesitation, the batista (I believe is called Hugh) ran over, grabbed the food and insisted that he would do another for my son free of charge, my son who was rather disappointed suddenly gleaned with delight as he was presented with another plate of food. Could not have been nicer and felt like a truly valued customer. Thank you.
Food is always nice, drinks are great and the staff couldn't do enough for you. There's also a girl called Charlotte who works there who always takes time to make my son feel special and includes him in the conversation when ordering, again thank you.
Kid-friendliness: They make the kids feel special when they can.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped access.
