I realised that they have fitted me with used tyres even though I paid the price of brand new ones, as I can?t see any paint markings or tyre hairs usually found on brand new tyres and now it?s too late to complain. Disgraceful!

I?m speaking on behalf of my partner, we recently went here for an MOT on our car. This had already been a frustrating journey as we?ve spent the past month fixing the majors for it, I was recommended here by my parents as not many places do MOTs on a weekend. However, I would not recommend this place to ANY women with cars as we felt like we were trying to get taken for a ride after they failed our MOT saying that one of minors from a month ago is now a major after it only being a 30/40 minute MOT in itself. We asked them to explain the fail and the mechanic was unable to. today, 6 days later we?ve passed our MOT at another garage, which we?d also never been to before because when we called up to arrange an MOT in the 10 days, we were told that we had to pay because we hadn?t got the car repaired at their garage in a very harsh manor and the man on the phone, even though on the day they told us to come back within the 10 days, was very rude and insisted that we describe the exact member of staff that told us this information which was very hostile. The garage we took it to today spoke about the majors that were given and they agreed that it was extremely harsh of them to fail us and that it seemed we were treated unfairly. As two women with not much familiarity to cars this is a very upsetting experience and we will not be returning and my family who recommended are also discouraged.
