“My husband and I popped in yesterday because we had received the paperwork relating to our maturing fixed rate ISAs. We were greeted by the ever cheerful and friendly Claire at the Customer Service reception desk. She advised us that there were three customers ahead of us. However, she took our contact number and promised to phone us within the next half hour. Less than 15 minutes later Amy a colleague phoned to say she was ready to see us. Again I can’t emphasise how cheerful and helpful this lovely young lady was. She clearly explained our options and we were able to make a decision regarding our future investments straight away.
Unfortunately great customer interface and service cannot always be guaranteed in this day and age. However, we have always had excellent service from the staff at the Worcester Nationwide Branch”
