I have been to a few of the main opticians and these are by far the best. Not just because they are very competitive in their price, but because they are very knowledgeable. During the free eye exam, they taught me how to look after my eyes, especially using contacts. You only have one set of eyes, make sure you get a good optician. Really nice people, they helped me out.

Really impressed with the level of service provided especially by Wendy. They acted quickly to deal with my emergency and communicated without fault throughout the entire process.I was looking for a new optician after my old one sold out to another company and they started using locum's. In Brauchli Opticians I believe I have found a fantastic replacement. Who needs to use large chains who treat you like a number when you can get treated like a human being from great independents

Absolutely amazing service. The employees have always gone above and beyond every time I have visited and are always lovely and friendly.I recently broke my glasses and thought I would not be able to get this fixed due to the Covid-19 situation but an optician contacted me back straight away and was able to order me the same pair. They also organised for my glasses to be picked up and the lens changed for when the new glasses had arrived and this was then was delivered back to me which was all done within an hour!I have never received this level of service from any other opticians and will definitely be staying with Brauchli's.

A much better experience than the big opticians who just pass you between multiple staff. You get a single optometrist for the whole eye test and dedicated attention from the dispenser.

My partner took the 4 boys. Optician was obviously keen to leave or just not used to dealing with children.. Told one off for looking down and then humiliated him because he couldn't spell a word. Shouldn't do that will any child, let alone one with special needs. Result...he will not go for an eye test again. Good job sir!!!

A really great friendly atmosphere as soon as I entered the opticians. Even though they were busy I felt welcome. The service was very efficient and personal. I Would recommend this optician to my family and friends.
