I use this shop weekly to get everything I need due to living in a close vicinity. I'm an elderly gentlemen and usually struggle slightly with packing my shopping. Usually I'm greeted with either of the two miserable ladies who just stand there and watch me struggle until today!
Greeted by Kathryn" who was a breath of fresh air. She had time to exchange pleasantries with me and actually helped me with a continuous smile on her face despite being on her own with a large queue. I walked out the store for the first time with a large smile on my face.

I bought 2 fruit trees [as shown in photos] and one of them the Pear tree come alive but the Plum tree failed to show any signs of life and failed. I went back to the shop and informed a staff member on the checkout till about my trees. He told me that B and M policy does not accept returns on plants. This was not what I expected when I returned to the shop since I was not aware that 'No Return' policy was applied to this product when I paid for it. It's always a risk with dry-rooted trees, I have bought some on eBay and one of them [Nectarine Patio tree] failed so, when I contacted the seller, she immediately replied to refund or replace the tree. I choose to have it replaced at next growing season. Needless to say that my opinion of B and M is disappointing in this case.
