Alright store for some bits but I can't recommend buying anything mechanical or what you'd expect to be durable from here.
Fan we bought started rattling not 2 months in. Garden shears broke after their second use.
But worse is they won't or don't even have a system to pull up sale records. So if you don't keep your receipt you're out of luck.
So dated.

You can usually find what you want within store can the price you want beat anywhere else.

Yeah ok but for size of store felt like stocked as a small store. Not sure why it feels like that but think it could be better for the size of the place.

Good reliable store

Absolutely disgusting experience both today and yesterday while shopping here. Yesterday while walking aound the shop all I could hear was staff members calling to someone called Amy and every single response was her shouting so loudly "I'LL DO IT LATER" at least 5 or 6 times, no other response to any other question was heard at all. Fast forward to today and I needed a few bits and went back, I was in the DIY aisle and the area manager was there, they walked into the back area and said it needed tidying. The area manager left after saying she was on the way to the Droitwich store and I heard Amy discussing with a colleague how the visit should have been scored a 6 but because they were recovering it was a 7 and because she was the area manager's favourite it went up to an 8. Really inappropriate to be discussing this in front of customers. I bought what I needed and left. Later on that evening I realised I had forgotten something so went back only to be ignored by absolutely everyone, I saw nobody until back in the DIY aisle where I was passed by twice by someone who blanked me even though I was clearly searching for something. I eventually found it myself then walked to the tills to find 4 team members all stood around a till discussing what had been stolen that day and Amy literally squealing loudly while watching something on her phone. I stayed stood there for a good 60 seconds before anyone even noticed me then Amy immediately put her phone away and said to me "Eh do you want serving" I responded with "what else would I need" I was stood there waiting with products in my hands, cue the dirty looks from the other 2 female colleagues and I was pointed towards a till to be served by a man who clearly did not want to be there. Having all eyes from all 4 boring into me as I was being served was uncomfortable, disgusting and completely inappropriate, if you don't want to work in a public facing role, then don't. It's simple. Don't bring your own misery to your job. Simple.
