Without a doubt this is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The owner shouts at staff, tenants, landlord. There really are no words for such a classless, mannerless company. I have bet my own mother that she will have upset her new landlord within 18 months as this is their 4th or 5th property on The Tything. And as for their disgusting neon sign let?s hope they have consent as enforcement officers have been notified.This is a listed building and conservation area not Butlins. You can buy a lot of things but not class and manners cost nothing!! They should feck off back to dreary Kidderminster or even better Ireland.Good riddance to bad rubbish!

I have been a tenant with Blackpear Lettings a for the past 3 years and they are the most professional company that has managed the house I live in, which I have resided for over 10 years renting front the same landlord, however had 3 different agents.Blackpear lettings staff and contractors have been amazing, they have always been at the end of the phone if I?ve needed anything, they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my crazy working hours for inspections and any works that have been carried out. They are professional s friendly and if you?re a tenant looking for a house they are the go to agents in worcester. ??????????

I personally have worked indirectly for Black Pear Lettings and have nothing but full praise in how they conduct business in every way. The staff and director are impeccable in how they deal with issues on a daily basis and cater to all tenants and landlords needs no matter how trivial they may seem to you and I.
