I visited today with my 2 adult daughters & their combined 8 children, aged 2-16, the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful thank you all for making our first, but not last visit so enjoyable x x

Bills is ok, service is good and food is good. But, oh, the prices!!!! £24 for poached eggs on toast for two plus coffee. And, a service charge of 12.5% just for bringing it to the table !!!! Cote Brasserie is much better with better ambience and cheaper.

We were hungry, cold and with a dog. We thought from experience Bill was a safe bet. What an error! Easily the worst brunch I had ever. Bacon was plasticky and tasteless (how they did this I don't know). Same for fried egg. A performance to manage something so bad. Did they fry it in advance ? Only the saussage was correct. Expensive drinks. With 12.5% service charge a total cost without any relation to the quality of the meal. Only saving grace was that they accept dogs.

All-over was ok but if I need to pay 12.5% service charge straight away with not any notice before, I do expect really good food and service. We ordered x3 dish with burata cheese and we got definitely not this kind of cheese,It was mozzarella for sure. I do understand can be sold out but I think would be nice to say it before order. Also we order drinks passion fruit martini and we have got second one with oranges instead of passion fruit.... Paying £20 service something like that was disappointing.

Can?t fault it. Went for bottomless brunch and we weren?t left empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Only slight disappointment was lack of coffee cocktails on the bottomless brunch list but staff are faultless which makes up for it

Service was great, food was great, only let down was the table that came in after us, they were allowed in with their dog which smelt, barked and continously flashed its fur all over the restaurant. The dog spoilt our dining experience.

Me and my friend decide to have a meal in bills , we just walk in on a Tuesday the 12 th December , night very welcome from a Male I think is the Manager, great atmosphere and very pleasant manager . Fast service , food look and taste amazing , the customer service excellent, We have Botha chicken burguer and not felt rush or not welcome , knowing they close at 8 pm , we come in at 7:50 pm , really big change from last time I been in bills Worcester . Really recommend and I will come back

Booked our Christmas get together at Bills. Sat towards the rear of the room which seemed a bit cold, a couple of us draped coats over our legs. No atmosphere as very few tables booked. However really nice main courses. Waitress asked if we wanted desserts, as the mains not overly generous we all said yes. Waitress returned to tell us the kitchen had already closed, really ! We left and found another restaurant more accommodating, finished our evening with puddings and drinks there. Thumbs down to Bills, poor customer experience.

Our table was booked for dinner at 7.30pm. Been booked for weeks. We ordered drinks and main course which were OK. However the waitress tried to clear the table whilst people were still eating. At the end of the main course we asked for the dessert menu only to be told the kitchen was closed (8.45pm). A service charge had been added to the bill which we didn't pay. At least I got a drink and dinner this time. My 2 previous visits have not been successful either. Walked out both times due to staff not coming to take orders ? We ended up going to Zizis for dessert and liqueurs. Must say they were great and very welcoming, absolute opposite of Bill's. There are lots of great places to eat in Worcester Bill's is not one of them. Won't be going back.

Went to go into Bills today for lunch with my partner and young son as when we last visited we had a really good experience, and with today being my birthday we thought we?d go again. Restaurant was probably 25% full at this point, we were just going to have a drink and some lunch, as we went to go in we were stopped and told we wouldn?t be able to eat as they had too many pushchairs in there already.. no other options given, just a blank no we couldn?t come in. Basically made out like we would be in the way, with the way the world is at the moment, you?d think they?d be grateful of people coming in and spending money, especially with the place being pretty much empty! I don?t really like leaving a bad review, but we left very disappointed.

Came to Bills on Saturday evening during the Christmas fayre, we had the delight of having Kiera as our server, she was an absolute star. We only came for a casual family outing but we all had an impeccable time, we couldn't have asked for better service. The way she took care of us and pandered to our every need, even though she was rushed of her feet from the busyness of the fayre. Well done Kiera, you really outdid yourself!

Food was not great.. went here with my nan and cousins and my burger was burnt and practically inedible, other problems occurred with the food with other members which was a shame because it's a lovely place. Service took an age and a half and was even harder when returning the burnt meal.. Ambiance was good and upbeat with good music playing throughout the cafe just a shame with the restOverall I don't recommend but then again it could've just been an off day ?

Came for lunch with the family today and we had a wonderful meal, I usually get the chicken caesar salad which I loveeeee, but today I had the truffle chicken two ways and it was so yummy, also love to get the dumpling starter, so delicious! Overall atmosphere was lovely, staff were very friendly, and food was perfect.

Had a lovely breakfast at Bill's on our first visit there. They listened and got our order right, and we asked for a substitution and the eggs to be well done. Breakfast was both tasty, and well presented. The chairs were a little uncomfortable, but otherwise enjoyable. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.
