This is our second bed purchased through Benson's at Worcester and cannot fault their service, knowledge, helpfulness, understanding and above all kindness. On both occasions we were assisted by Neil and follow up visits by other members of the team including the excellent Manager Julia. The delivery staff were also friendly, extremely careful and quick. I have no hesitation in recommending the store and would praise all the members of staff, who so very kindly guided me through my purchase from start to finish, they couldn't have done it better. 5? Thank you

We recently purchased a new mattress, and I couldn?t be happier with the entire experience. Lauren, the sales associate, was absolutely amazing - only there 3 weeks but would never have know she was so new to the business. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, helping us find the perfect mattress that met all our needs. She took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
Julia, the manager, was also extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Their teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.
If you?re in the market for a mattress, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Lauren and Julia. Their exceptional service made all the difference!

We have recently purchased a bed from bensons for beds in Worcester, we ended up deciding on one of their TV beds. First of all we were told we could bring the delivery forward if we got into our new home early, when this come up we were told by the manager that this is never an option. Annoyed as we were This matter was resolved with a good will gesture from the store. After putting that behind us our bed is delivered on the agreed date, and then just left in the boxes in our room. The gentleman (Michael) that sold us the bed added a £90 charge to have the bed assembled and said that they are hard to put together so we recommend assembly by the team. Turns out this was a recycling fee of the old bed that we didn?t want to get rid of. After speaking to the manager yet again we were told by the manager that the staff don?t have the training to assemble tv beds so again it was never possible even though we bought the bed under the influence that it would be done. We were lied to twice by Michael just for a sale. As a large reputable company we should have to be lied to just to get a ?sale?. Not even worthy of one star and I would never recommend using this store to anyone. Me and my partner feel cheated and taken advantage of by the company. I hope this review is read by the right person so a change can be made to this store

We bought a new mattress today from the Worcester Store and were helped by Alan.who explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We can?t wait to receive our new mattress now which is just over two weeks away! Thank you Alan, we would definitely recommend the store based on the customer service we received.

Even one star seems generous for the condescending and arrogant attitude of the staff.
We make a special Friday evening journey out of town to look at the most expensive line of iGel mattresses with a purchase in mind and even the simplest of questions (like what is the depth of the the mattess) are dismissed out of hand.
Some courtesy and respect for customers would have gone a long way. Having previously visited John Lewis, where every question was answered politely and fully and even moving mattresses between bedframes was not too much trouble, Bensons may want to consider some customer service training for their Worcester staff. We will be purchasing from John Lewis.

Came here as we are moving into an unfurnished property, Richard greeted us at the door and gave us some helpful tips, let us look round and then assisted us with our purchase. he is a fantastic sales person not pushy like you sometimes get in these kinds of shops. took his time let us umm and arrr about what we wanted to buy and then got us all sorted. would recommended going in and speaking to Richard if you are in need of a new bed.

I ordered my bed and mattress in June for my pregnant wife to help with her back pains I was told as it was an end of range bed and that it shouldn't take longer than 6 weeks delivery! I was then told that my delivery date would be September just in time for the baby to be born to only be then told it would be a further 2 months and delivered on 22nd November!! 22nd November the delivery driver turns up with half a bed and a mattress as the warehouse had missed the other half of the delivery! I now have no bed but a mattress and a baby that is now 8 weeks old! This is a disgrace and when I called the store today the Manager seemed uninterested in really getting this escalated he simply told me I could possibly be 100th in the queue of queries which is quite simply unacceptable!!!!!

Knowingly sold me a damaged, returned, repacked bedside cabinet. Post sale was terrible and the guys in the store were more interested in chatting to each other than giving me any help when I was there. As a compromise I suggested a partial refund as I am unable to get back to the store due to a back problem at he mo' but have heard nothing back from them. Not surprisingly I wont be using them again.

Carl was extremely attentive & helpful to us. Asked us our price range & showed us options within that, as well as giving details on each matress and being very patient whilst we tried each one. Ended up walking out with a new mattress! Couldn't recommend more - 10/10 customer service.

Bensons for beds have delivered me 2 broken and damaged beds in the last 3 months. Still waiting on another bed. 3rd time lucky eh. The customer service centre is appalling. You think an apology is good enough for your poor standards of beds and a 4 to 6 week wait for another bed. 2nd time I've had issues with this company , I thought it might have been a one off but definitely not. Never will use this poor excuse of a company again.

Helpful friendly team who were very informative about their products. They were happy to allow us enough time to make the correct decision for us. I will definitely return when we need any other new beds.
