Thoroughly impressed, staff, food and general ambiance of the whole restaurant.

Myself and mum visited yesterday at midday and we honestly cannot thank all staff enough for their attentiveness and kindness, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very polite young man, we are so sorry we are unsure on his name, but he spoke to us about lots of dishes that he recommended on the menu and was very polite to chat to. We both had the most incredible dishes which were the carbonara and lasagna, the dishes were full of flavour and were the perfect portion, I have visited many times and cannot wait to return! During our exit, we spoke to a lovely lady who was wearing a green top, She was so lovely and extremely polite and friendly to us both, unfortunately I didn?t catch her name either, but she was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable! Thank you so much! We cannot wait to return! ???

Excellent food. We love Italian and have eaten in many restaurants- this is superb. Antipasto, calamari, pizza, calzone. steak and tiramisu- empty plates. Thank you

After being seated (party of 5), had to wait 20 minutes before we were asked if we wanted drinks. Then another 20 minutes before we could order any food. The sirloin steak was OK, the pizza was soggy and just fell apart and one wanted pasta with plain tomato sauce, this was so spicy she couldn't eat it. We were handed the dessert menu. 25 minutes later we were asked if we'd like a dessert menu! They then added a discretionary service charge on the bill??. Don't think so
