Only problem with the retail park is leaving it in a car in peak times, it has great shops such as Argos, Dunelm homebase next etc. Also a handy KFC drive through.

Absolute disgrace of a collection point for parcels. Refuse delivery from DPD because the item is too big (you have a huge warehouse) and cause me issues now with my delivery. Congratulations and well done to you! Waste of time and a joke.

Went down to Argos as I bought a camera that wouldn?t connect either next to the router or in the location I wanted it I?d spoke to the main supplier and they tried and no luck even next to the router it hadn?t worked.So I went back to Argos the staff were obviously yeah that?s ok but then Gillian came out the duty manager and she approached with a really aggressive attitude and was extremely rude, saying do you think this is the buy use and return shop We can?t sell that to anybody as it?s been opened and used. Her whole attitude and response was awful.In 25 years of customer service not once would I ever dream of approaching or talking to a customer with that tone and attitude, the worst part I went in totally understanding that it was nearly home time and had she have approached me differently.I took camera back to another store that were a lot more helpful and understanding and no attitudes or aggression toward me.I would strongly advise anyone going into Worcester retail Argos please be aware that Gillian really does not like customers and can be extremely rude and aggressive towards people.Even though I understand that I?m asking for a refund on an item that can?t be resold that?s technically not true either as Argos would have resold on a pallet and the camera was genuinely Faulty and returned at another store it was extremely upsetting and stressful to be treated like a dirty carpet she wiped her feet on I would have been a lot more happy with just saying I?m sorry we can?t except it back unless you have a referral to refund from the camera technicians.

You pick what item you want and pay on the machine you order from and pay by card or go to the till and pay by cash then wait for your item they also have a collection point for online orders as well as deliver large item's and white goods sometimes it can be a bit busy mostly at weekends ??

Don't bother with the delivery service. Placed an order for a printer and the item didn't arrive on the initial or subsequent booking without any communication!

I bought vacuum cleaner and it wasn?t the want I need and I returned back , there were so rude and because I?m foreigner they weren?t nice to me even them manger I will not recommend them at all

Ordered and payed for a laptop online for my daughter birthday, they?ve taken the payment but then received a message saying there?s no stock but taken the money out the bank!!!Phoned the the store and they said I now have to wait up to 5 days for a refund for the money to go back in to my bank.My daughter now has to go with out a birthday present ?DISGRACEFUL SERVICENever will you ever get a penny of me ever again ???

Alot of items not In stock to just walk in and buy and very slow service waited over 15 mins from paying to getting item and only 1 or 2 people actually served while about 12 orders waiting staff in the warehouse look slow and not doing much could do with improvement on service

Tried to take a TV back for a refund in the allotted time frame. Lady I spoke to was just rude and dismissive. Treated like I?m doing something wrong trying to return a poor quality product. She stated because I have opened it they can?t have it back but how your supposed to know the quality until you see it I don?t know. Returned with all original packaging on tv and everything complete. Even the protective film was on the tv screen. Would be like trying on a T-shirts then being forced to buy it even it I didn?t fit. Will never use Argos again, in process of closing my online account. Good job Argos way to look after your customers

The store manager is very rude! Couldn?t be bothered to listen to why we wanted to return an item which was bought the night before and was faulty. Her attitude was ?I?m not taking it back? when speaking to customer service I was told I?m within my rights to return an item. Waste of time they need more helpful understanding managers!

A manager with an attitude problem! Took an item back for a refund, card machines weren?t working so said we would come back another time. We had the email receipt so no issues there. Refused to let us have the item back and forced us to have a gift card. Claimed that as it had been scanned the item couldn?t be given back even though it wasn?t refunded and the transaction could have been cancelled. The ?manager? then just threw the gift card at us and walked off.

Good shop, staff are helpful, but impossible to get through on the phone. Called them several times, nobody answered, machine kept telling me to resolve my issues on their website. I just wanted to speak to a staff member, the question I needed answer to is not on the website. After a half an hour I gave up.
