Pathetic parking policy!!Be aware with their parking policy stated that no returns within 4 hours.
I bought some grocery and spent 40 mins on the carpark. When I got home I realised that I forget milk from grocery item and returned to the store and spent a further 11 mins on the carpark.
I have now been issued with a parking fine from a company named Parkingeye for £70.00 for returning to the store within 4hrs. Which I was not aware about that and even nobody is aware about their this bad policy. Next time I will prefer to go Asda instead of Aldi.

I went shopping on Wednesday 2nd after work and I was served by one of the managers, I think his name was Rob, He was very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him, an absolute credit to the store!

It is easily accessible, with a good range of products, well priced and free parking.
ALDI prices are competitive, but product sizes are getting smaller/ less weight, which is a bit naughty when it comes to real value.

Excellent bargains, at times very busy but can't really be helped.
Recommend getting the steak mince- used it in a beef bourginion-style cottage pie and it was incredible beef quality; very surprised!!

Quite a dirty store. Loads of empty boxes left in the fridges with very little stock.
Rotting and going off fruit are left on display for customers to see.hardly any tills open meaning loads of queues.

Lacking an update with recycling services.
Apparently a lot of other Aldi stores have recycling services on site, but Worcestershires sites are behind and need an update. I feel we deserve better.
So much supermarket waste ends up in nature. I'm sure Aldi can do better.
Why are the bananas still wrapped in plastic. Other supermarkets have made effort to move past this. .I feel like Aldi needs updating.

You would think for such a big store, being as busy as they are and with loads of staff stood around you would have at least 1 till open. The que for the self checkout was massive! With everyone having to use the self check regardless if they had 1 item or a trolley full while the staff were stood around having the time of their life and when asked to open a till they dont even respond. Absolute joke. And to top it off after scanning each item you have to put it on the side on a tiny little tray how do you expect people to stack a full shop onto that? Ridiculous stick to lidl.

Since they?ve introduced self service tills, they barely ever open any manned tills. Usually I don?t mind using self service but these ones seem to always need assistance and it would be nice to have the option of going to a proper till when I?m buying a lot of stuff
Some of the staff are lovely but others just ignore you and talk to their colleagues over the headset
I much prefer Asda and the price difference is minimal these days so little reason to shop here
