Great beer garden with fruit trees & separated kids area. Nice beers, especially after a long walk. Lots of people sitting out on a sunny day. Dogs welcome. Didn't eat.

We stopped off on our way to Carmarthenshire from Scotland and found this Gem. Food was excellent as was all the staff, and the premises were very clean Gents need a little TLC but on the whole a fantastic experience well done.
The chef was fantastic would have liked to meet her/him to congratulate them maybe next time, we will be back on our return journey back to Scotland in a few weeks time

Couldn't fault the pie of the day; chicken, wild mushrooms and brie. Family of 8 aged 2 to 82 and there were no complaints. Lovely play area for the children too

£6.90 for a pint & a coke. Great value for around here! Lots of outdoor seating for nice weather.

Always feel welcome here, big smiles on the staff?s faces and willing to help (and I?m not local!) Murphy is a joyous and relaxed dog whom, by no fault of his own, kept me entertained for a good 30 minutes!
Can?t wait to visit again! Prices are so nice compared to Sussex!

Really lovely place. Friendly staff and quick service.
Had the bean chilli and was a bit disappointed. Hardly any beans, was mostly tomato chunks. Not really good value for money.
My other half had a chicken curry which he loved though.
Beer garden is lovely and dogs are welcome.
Will go there again.

Really nice, traditional country pub. Child & dog friendly with really good traditional pub grub. Would recommend for a sunny day

Sunday lunch swimming in gravy. No choice of potatoes, just 3 half cooked roasties. Yorkshire pud not cooked in middle. Given red/brown sauces, vinegar and mayo to go with Sunday lunch.
Friendly polite staff. Good play area for kids. Toilet clean but the room was dirty.
