Positive experience purchasing a new sink. Good price and fast delivery. I was initially put off by the poor reviews so I rang them to check item was in stock then placed the order online. The order arrived quickly and is now installed. Only improvement would be that delivery notifications would of been useful. Would definitely recommend.

They have been very efficient. Collected a kitchen sink in the way from North Yorkshire to Cornwall. The warehouse is just off the M5 so very convenient. The tap hole service was quick and accurate. The sink was checked by them and me prior to me taking it. Very pleasant people. The warehouse sign is invisible because of cars parking in front of it so you have to look out for UTSUMI which is the name of the company you pay. Always a bit of a gamble transferring load of money to a company that might not exist, but it was all very smooth and efficient. I would use them again

Ordered some taps online for delivery. Fia and Poppy kept me well-informed on delivery dates from the manufacturer, and enabled me to swap to Click and Collect for my convenience. Highly recommend their customer service.

Avoid this business like the plague! No customer service. Disgusting attitude.Placed an order WEB286375 for the sum of £600.26. There was a delay on one item, so I requested they dispatch the other two items on the order overnight, whilst the third & final item was due to be delivered to their warehouse.Their reply: Their would be an additional delivery charge. My answer: Really? Cancel the order. Business must be good!Taps UK, you really need to train your customer service staff. With an earlier order placed last week totalling WEB285751 £382.26, customer loyalty means NOTHING to Taps UK.Never again will I purchase from this Company.Digraceful....

Shows items as 'in stock' on the website, but in reality they have to order from the supplier, and can be weeks or months until those items are actually available.

Take your money for an item that doesn't exist, and keep it until the wrongly delivered item (eventually) is collected.AVOID.I ordered a bathroom cabinet for my new bathroom (works underway) delivery was made some days later - I immediately told the driver the mirror delivered wasn't what I ordered. Rang the company who a day later tell me I can't have the item I ordered and paid for as it was never in stock, and the refund can only be given once the wrongly delivered item is collected - and that will be 4 days after the original delivery.I now have to start again, and will be out of pocket until they can collect, not great when I have to urgently buy another cabinet. Now I see other similar reviews, reinforcing this is not a single instance.

I bought a sink overflow. The overflow tube( made from some cheap plastic) is the thickness of a pencil which means the sink still overflows just slightly slower. Cheapchines material in disguise.

Had a great experience here, loads of choice and we managed to get a lovely ceramic sink complemented with some gold taps. All at a very good price. Best of all was the customer service provided by Fia, we had a minor issue with the tap, without hesitation she sent out the parts.

Fast delivery and the two Astini Ocra shower kits seem OK for the price. This was surprising due to the state of the open packages that arrived from FedEx.

Placed an order with Taps Uk for a kitchen sink and two kitchen taps. No info provided about dispatch or estimated delivery. When I contacted them after a couple of weeks, they couldn?t give me a delivery date for any of the items. I?m when I asked for a refund, they said it would take 14 days to process - so now I am stuck unable to buy replacement products because Taps UK have my money. Rubbish.

Terrible company. They display items as in stock but they are not. When you ask to cancel the order they say their system is down and you will have to wait for a refund with no idea of a date. Disgraceful really. They should not debit your card if the item is not in stock and then make you wait for a refund with no definite date. Avoid this company if I were you.

Bought a tap less than 2 months ago for £200+, it's been a nightmare from the start. Most days screwing the handles back on as they just fall off. Even the plumber said it was one of the poorest quality taps he's ever installed in 40+ years of being in the trade. After contacting taps UK I'm told I can be sent replacement parts by the manufacturer (Astini) and fix it myself. Guess what TapsUK, after spending £400+ on a tap and my plumber, do you really think a consumer wants to be doing DIY at home? For that sort of money I expect a product to work and not fall apart. Shame on you, where's my refund? Steer well clear people!

That one star is over-generous but unavoidable!!!!Several months ago TapsUK supplied me with a couple of flexible spray taps, the spray head of one of which disintegrated after a couple of months. The reaction of TapsUK was ? .. OUR SUPPLIER needs you to email a video .. " (my emphasis) which I tried to do, but for some reason it wouldn't attach. Instead I sent 8 screen drops of the innards, including the component that had broken. Two months after reporting this to them TapsUK (MY SUPPLIER) still refused to do anything until I sent a video for THEIR SUPPLIER, so a stalemate was reached between me and TapsUK.To break that stalemate I suggested to TapsUK that my next port of call might be take an action against TapsUK with the Small Claims Court. That appeared to spur Taps UK into action, with Emails from a Customer Service rep. on 21st Sept including " .. I have pushed this as much as I can and the manufacturer has advised that on this occasion, they are able to send out a replacement tap .. should be with you in the next 2 - 5 days .. ?.I waited (impatiently) for all of 12 days before emailing Taps UK on 3rd Oct. On 4th Oct. Taps UK responded with ? .. After speaking to the manufacturer they have advised you should REMOVE the package by Friday this week .. ? (my emphasis).Friday 5th faded into history with still no sight of me ?removing? that long-awaited replacement tap, so on 8th Oct. I gave TapsUK the ultimatum of sending me a refund by 15th or I would proceed through the Small Claims Court.TapsUK?s email of 10th Oct. Included ? .. the manufacturer .. have apologised for the delay with the courier. .. they have cancelled the delivery and .. The amount of £.. has been refunded successfully. .. ?. this should be returned to your bank account within 5 working days .. ?.So now the buck has been passed even further down the line from my supplier, to the manufacturer?s courier. Goodness knows who the courier would blame for the delay!!??!!Much to my surprise that refund was into my account by 12th Oct.The LESSON TO BE LEARNT by SUPPLIER TapsUK is that it?s CUSTOMERS should NEVER be dragged into any involvement/dispute with TapsUK?s SUPPLIERS.My LESSON LEARNT is to AVOID TAPSUK IN FUTURE and USE A RESPECTED SUPPLIER !!!!!
