C17 pub that was once a farmhouse on the edge of Tenbury Wells. The interior decor has much improved since the last time I visited. Which was over a decade ago. So I will visit again much sooner.

I didn?t stay at the inn ? myself, I went for supper and it was nice.
Food was ok, fairly priced?typical pub grub really, nice service, cute location.
There since the dawn of time, 1855 or so, that adds to the experience a bit.

What a cracking find! A real jewel in the crown. Check in was easy and hassle free, friendly greeting and precise directions to our room in the annex behind the pub.
Room was superb! Very clean throughout everything there we needed from TV through to drinks tray which was well stocked and presented. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows.
We had a few drinks in the bar and all the staff and locals were very friendly indeed, made to feel very welcome.
We will be returning to stay again and recommend the Fountain if you are in the area.

Very good food. So rare there days to get good quality hot food served that does not appear to have been kept under a hot lamp. We had the Mushroom Tagliatelle and the curry both of which were really good. Nice, friendly service and nice atmosphere. Well done The Fountain.

Beautiful old pub with decent food and friendly bar staff. Stayed in the rooms which were perfectly fine for the price paid.

Called in Fri 21st Feb. Won't be going again. Dry tasteless Lasagne, fried eggs were boiled, ham was tasteless, think the chips were frozen, and the barman looked as miserable as sin, with attitude.

very nice place, rooms were clean and tidy, bar is cosy and welcoming, the staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. a group of 10 guys, we couldn't ask for any more, we will definitely return

A lovely pub lunch including a delicious Pie of the Day (Steak & Onion today), friendly and helpful service. A good stop on a wet day!
