Always queues staff are sooo slow and mainly ignorant towards customers and last visit after waiting a total of 35 mins only to be told we are out of stock of this prescribed medication sorry!?

My wife was kept waiting for over 40 minutes collecting my prescription. This is below the customer service level expected. I telephoned in the morning and was told my prescription would be ready in the afternoon.The service shown to my wife was disgraceful.

Every time I come to this chemist I am either kept waiting for a long time, but I understand this is to be expected, what I don,t understand how they get things so wrong with the distribtion of tablets, I always get the response of either it hasn,t come over from the doctors, or we cannot get this, or so many times, can you come back later, today being final straw went to collect medication issued by doctor for cold sores, I informed the assistant the medication was for this and what was I given my wife,s monthly pack of tablets including controlled drugs. When queried why assistant denied my husband asked for this medication ! !! Every time you visit the shop someone is complaining. I am new to tenbury and very dissappointed with the service I am getting. I hope it improves soon as I can see the chemist closing. So sorry for having given such a negative review but I feel it should be highlighted.

Last Thursday I went to collect my prescription. I was kept waiting nearly 15 mins and then she said it had arrived on Monday but had not been dealt with. I was told to come back. I returned 12.15 when the queue was all round the shop. I went to the counter and was told I had to join the queue again. A little later I was called and given my prescription. This is a common experience. A lot of people are now having their prescriptions delivered from Cleobury but this is not convenient for me. Whoever you talk to in Tenbury they all complain about the chemist. They need more staff

My daughter was seen by the Gp where they sent the prescription for me to collect. When i got the the chemist i was told that medication wasn't in stock and needed to go back to the doctors to inform them so they can give a different prescription. when i asked for them to call the GP to discuss what is in stock and what isn't the gentleman rang the doctors where he didn't get through and said its going to be an hour before i get through and we don't dispense meds during this time 1pm-1:30pm this being 12:55pm.i went back to my car with my poorly 3 year old in the rain to ring the doctors which only took 5 mins to get through to sort this out. New prescription sent over. went back into the chemist where a lady came up to me and said can you wait outside please. i said yes sure but have you got this medication in stock which she replied yes we are sorting it now wait outside.So outside me and my daughter went into the cold and rain. The lady came out with the medication so i asked why was i asked to stand outside with a poorly child with a chest infection. To be told she's coughing so suspected covid. Erm No she has been tested its negative hence antibiotics from the GP for a Chest infection.The lady was so rude and told me i she be more of a reasonable person the taking my daughter around with suspected covid.

Book an appointment online for my flu jab. Got there slightly earlier than my booking in time, and was met by a very friendly member of staff. She took my details and within 20 minutes I received my flu jab and I was on my way home. The pharmacist was very friendly and explained everything too me. Well done all.
