Absolutely dire. We didn't stay. Dreadful toilets and dirty overall. Everywhere was shut as it was "late". This was 10 in the evening on a motorway on a busy travel day.

Northbound services are one of the best on the network. Big parking area that isn't drowned out by the noise of the motorway; large dog walking area with outside tables. Car park is well laid out and works well. Landscaped grounds. Clean toilets. Good mix of catering outlets. Not as good as Gloucester Services but better than any others on the M5.

Disgusting food at extortionate prices. The wrap was filled with something that resembled chicken, a bit of wilted lettuce and sauce. The portion of fries were soggy. The only thing that was acceptable was the can of Diet Coke Avoid this place!

This was a lunch stop with our caravan on the South bound services. On entering the special area to park caravans there is a VERY tight turn at the end of the parking area. I miss judged the bend and caught the caravan mover on the very high curb, forcing the mover to permanently engage with the tyre. Various people came to my assistance but the lack of a full set of spanners made the job impossible. Answer was to call out a very friendly AA man who sorted the problem in about 10 minutes. His remark was that he had attended 3 other similar accidents at this place. It would be help full if that curb could be a larger radius and lower in height. The entrance to the caravan park shows what happens if this problem goes unattended. P.S. We continued on our holidays with problem sorted and we will be paying Strensham a visit in a few weeks time on our way th South Wales

Excellent facilities. Vegan meal options. Reasonable prices at all outlets. Clean. For those with a baby/toddler there is a bottle warmer and microwave to heat baby food in the seating area.

Sunday 26th March and we stopped at this Motorway service, a pit stop on our journey from Bolton to Seaton in Devon. Earlier week we stopped on the Northern Service Station, on our outward journey, which we were well impressed with. So we had high expectations when we stopped at this Service Station for a pit stop and a coffee. Sadly it did not live up to our expectations in comparison with it's neighbour across the Motorway. Although similar in design to the other Service Station, this one appeared to be older and not as modern. We also felt it was smaller, a bit more compact, not so well maintained and did not flow as well. There were not as many places to eat at this Service Station, when compared with the North side. Having said that there is still a number and variety to choose from. This includes McDonald's, Cornish Bakery, Chozen Noodle, Krispy Kreme, LEON and a few others. A number of other outlets were there, including a SPAR Supermarket, Cotton Traders, WH Smith and a small games arcade. There was also a Costa Coffee, which we visited. Also there was no accommodation, Days Inn, or outdoor seating there was only a dog walking area.

Fresh Food Cafe? Worst baps ever. Had to take my first sausage bap back after two bites. Frozen baps not defrosted properly. Literally disintegrated in my hands. Had nothing to hold on to. Replacement given did the same halfway through. Sauge was nice, so I ate it out of bap. My wife had to take her bacon bap back, for a refund after one bite. Bap too dry and the bacon dry and not much. Worst baps we have EVER had. How they claim to be a Fresh Food Cafe is beyond me.

we stopped here for a break and was surprised at the value of the meal deal . The service was actaully helpful and given the burger with chips options and expensive coffee shops this shop was the pick of the bunch, Choice was limited however and had a pannini

This was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my life!!. Completely inedible!. It was like someone had poured a vat of the sweetest syrup know to man all over the food. Even my son couldn't eat it and he has a really sweet tooth!. What on earth is the thinking behind this!!??

This relates to the southbound services. Long queue for the female toilets. Gents toilets were horrid and soap and taps barely worked. 15 minutes queue for McDonald's after placing our order. 15 minutes queue for Leon. Why do motorway services have to be this bad? They charge enough for the products so sort it out.

Driving up the M5 to Brum, opted for a Quick Splash & Dash at the Roadchef Strensham M5 Northbound. All clean and tidy for a change. Nice and quiet on a Sunday morning. Very quick. Lots of parking for a change.

We stopped off at the M5 services and decided to try LEON's, the person serving was very friendly , little bit pricey, one of us liked the food the other didn't personal choice, you are given a friendly thank you note and encouraged to write a review on their site, I did but beware, I scored 3's on a scale of 1 to 5, and yet the thank you at the end when I had no option to alter it brought up all 4 out of 5! Not impressed. My personal issue was the chicken burger it was chicken but to me wasn't chicken breast but a cheaper cut of meat that I wasn't so impressed about. The fries aren't fries, check the picture, the fries are actually potato slices so if you are particular about fries being fries check the pictures don't' assume especially if you have fussy eaters in your party. The only other thing for me was what I hoped was a joke, when the counter person said they hid the sauces under the counter so the kids wouldn't take a handful! I found it a little insulting to be honest - adults can be just as bad!

24hour McDonalds closed but nobody had bothered closing the app, so planned meal there, ordered and paid for food, went in to collect but closed. So now hungry and having paid for a meal they had no intention of delivering. Is this fraud? Or even legal?

Had the most revolting meal ever here last year at Chozen Noodle and accidentally stopped here again today, had even worse meal at Fresh food cafe, how can anyone go so wrong with a falafel wrap. Vile coffee. Stay away from this ugly mean dirty horrible place.
