Absolutely appalling staff. Young coloured man was argumentative, then when I tried talking, talked over me. So had to talk over him to get my point across. Made it sound like I was lieing that I hadn't been given the correct amount..and after paying £250 for a prescription yes i was annoyed..didn't explain it like the younger lady did that they had to run it through their manager. Just said he had to check repeatedly. And when he asked for my phone number for a call back I repeatedly asked if he could see my number as I didn't have it to hand and he said I was being difficult. Then When I went in to collect remaining owed medication after manager told them to dispenser remaining prescription, I stated to the old woman that he need's more training she said I don't think so.. and she said I'd talked over him! And it goes both way's yes it doe's old lady. I was a frustrated customer they don't excaly help the situation just made me more annoyed. And she glared at me virtually the whole conversation, her eye's popping out of her head. young guy couldn't even look at me. The only decent members of staff are the younger lady and the manager. Old woman has no customer service skills whatsoever. Both young guy and old woman need some training or sacking as when I stated about other reviews being bad she didn't care!

Absolutely amazing local pharmacy. Went above and beyond for me to find a particular medicine I needed on a repeat prescription. Always friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Staff are always helpful and try their best to serve every customer as quickly as possible. Even if prescriptions aren't yet ready they try to get them done as quickly as possible so you don't have to wait too long or make a return visit. Great job everyone

Excruciatingly slow service. 30 minute wait time for a prescription that had been sent to them several days previously. The small pharmacy next door is so much better. I will be avoiding York pharmacy in the future.
