visited today for sunday lunch after a walk in the woods. Service was brilliant and the food was amazing. A little gem of a place with a beautiful garden to relax in. Dog friendly too - loved the clips on the benches to hold the leads and the water bowls. 10/10.

Fantastic food and service..what a lovely place. Been here again 14th Aug 2025 and same great service and food. I would definitely recommend this place. Great selection of beer and nice simple menu of home cooked quality food.

Stayed in the chicken shed 1 minute away. And popped to the pub afew times and the Sunday roast was excellent one of the best we've had, great staff great landlords definitely recommend...

I visited The New Inn on Saturday evening for their steak night after frequently seeing their cattle around the village. I loved the idea of supporting local farmers while enjoying high-quality, locally sourced meat.
Having been let down by steak elsewhere in the past, I wasn?t sure what to expect?but I was genuinely impressed. The steak was cooked beautifully, tender and full of flavour. What really stood out, though, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable.
A big well done to Anna and Rich for transforming the pub into such a vibrant and inviting place. It?s a real asset to the village?I'll definitely be back! ??
