I can only rate as I find and its a nice little convenience store ive never had a problem there. They have a good selection of products. Ive never had to wait too long to be served and always been served politely. The only downside to me is some products are a little on expensive side, but then you sort of expect that and I just have to get them a bit later with my big shop

I?ve been using the shop quite regularly for about 15 years. I?ve found the staff to be very polite and helpful on every single occasion, leaving me wondering whether some of the other reviews are genuine. The shop sells what you?d expect it to find.

Excellent service! You can find whatever you need easily, and the store is always well-stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping a pleasant experience every time. Highly recommend Nisa Local for convenience and great service!

Nice place. However, Businesses don?t really welcome ideas or voluntary suggestions from strangers. Some goals could be long term. Irrespective, the short goal was once long term.

Went to drop off my daughter's package, we had followed the seller's advice on how to return thing's....the shop assistant said we can't send it as it was, it needs 3 labels on the outside!! She was rude, condescending and, no help whatsoever, another server yelled over saying we're not liable so take it back, then our server asked the next customer to come forward infront of us leaving my daughter fuming....we walked out and will never shop there.Sort your customer service out as your reviews reflect your rudeness.

I use this shop every day the staff are lovely friendly and helpful always cheerful and laughting with customers and careing always say hello and ask how I am I haven't lived here long and felt so welcomed by them even my children do who also go in regually
