“Friendly helpful staff this is key to the retail business. Large variety of produce.Overall a good experience, the price's even with Clubcard are not as competitive as they could be. The Clubcard App needs to be more straightforward I've noticed they are improving the coupon complexity. However the coupons which are a cost to Tesco's and a distraction to customers are they really necessary. Simplyfie and focus on value for money would increase trade and overall customer satisfaction.”
