Great range of general building products, good prices, only issue for me is parking spaces can be limited due to people from the gym next door hogging the car park, so maneuvering a large vehicle like mine can be difficult. Hopefully, this is addressed after current refurbishment is complete.

Genuinely awful experience. Ordered for click and collect online and drove to store after receiving pickup text. Everything on pickup went smooth, but when I got back home I realized I had been given the completely wrong model of the fan I had ordered, and upon looking at the website, I received the £23 model instead of the £40 model I had ordered. Already fed up, opened the light I had received which was clearly a return and had a huge crack in it. Drove back to the store where the worker ?helping me? was more interested in his KFC being delivered than fixing the customers problem. After 10 minutes, he processed a refund and then bleakly told us to go find the items in the store if we wanted to buy them again. The light was easy to find, specifically a brand new model, so am confused as to why they?d give the online customer a return, probably just to clear stock. However, the fan was completely wrong. They didn?t have any of the one I ordered in stock, even though their website said there was two left. They had one similar that was completely ripped and cracked and taped up, with a big yellow sticker on the front, but as you can expect I was not going to risk it again. After being rudely told that was it by the unenthusiastic staff member, walked out and drove to Screwfix where we found everything we needed, and were helped by a far more useful worker. I would avoid this place at all costs, Redditch has enough DIY stores that you can easily steer clear of this place without spending any more money.

Store seemed fine to me, no issues parking in the carpark on a Saturday afternoon. I did notice gym people just dumping there cars on the access road though. I didnt buy anything so unable to comment on the checkout process, they had what I needed but I decided to buy elsewhere for other reasons.

Used to get everything that I needed from wicked but since the gym has opened next door it?s a nightmare to find parking so that?s the reason I don?t shop here anymore even though I used to love getting my supplies from here sort out the car park !!!!!
